Shipping Policy:

✦ Order preparation time: 7–10 working days (each piece is handmade)

✦ Delivery time is calculated separately based on location.

Return Policy:

✦ Returns and exchanges are only applicable if the product arrives damaged. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

✦ Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
